Exciting projects, autonomy and personal growth

Hierarchy isn't in our make up, but personal development is. But, as every organisation needs some kind of structure, we have three levels of consultants at Peru and, as a Consultant, you’ll be able to progress through our grades as fast as you develop. The rewards will reflect the value that you’re delivering to our clients and our company.

We are looking for experienced Consulting Managers to play a part in the next phase of our growth by building relationships, developing opportunities and delivering consulting engagements.
with between 5 and 10 years’ experience, you’ll be a Subject Matter Expert in your field and have developed a broad capability. You’ll often find yourself working on your own but that won’t worry you; after all, you’re the expert… You will relish the opportunity to work in areas where you’re not an expert but still need the help of the other Peruvians. Clients will  be relying on you. You’ll have some great relationships and some good ideas about how to make the most of them.

You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in IT and be confident providing advice in your own area of expertise, You’ll know when to ask for help (or call for the cavalry) and want to learn from the experienced team around you. You’ll form good relationships with clients and we’ll help you make the most of these. We’ll sometimes ask you to work outside of your comfort zone but you’ll enjoy this and use these opportunities to maximise your own development.

Substance and outcomes

We like to keep things simple at Peru.  Only two things are really important to us: are our clients delighted with what we do, and are we making enough money to reward everyone well? As a Peruvian, your contribution is vital to our success and this means you'll be measured on client satisfaction and how much of your time you spend delivering for them. They need to be happy 100% of the time and you need to be working with them directly during at least 80% of the project. There will always be exceptions, so we are committed to taking a personal interest in your performance and the contribution you make to Peru's success as a whole.
