Technology-enabled change management is Catriona's focus, plus sourcing solutions that ensure seamless change delivery.

Catriona's 20+ years in the IT industry has seen her lead international projects to design, implement and manage IT solutions that are fit-for-purpose and futureproofed from the outset. Describing her move to Peru Consulting as "the best career decision I've ever made", she has applied her no-nonsense, problem-solving skills to a range of business transformation projects across a range of sectors, forging strong commercial partnerships along the way.

Out-of-office, she's not just content to sit on the sidelines and support her children, she gets stuck in too - taking them travelling to explore new cultures and managing her son's rugby team.

With more than 20 years in the IT industry, Rachel is Peru Consulting's Service Management specialist, particularly for large-scale projects.

With much of her experience based on leading international teams to deploy multi-lingual service desks and toolsets, Rachel is particularly proud of playing a key role in the implementation of Service Now in eight languages. Most recently she has been involved in delivering SIAM for a leading Irish grocery retail and wholesale company.

Her international passion extends to her down-time - planning USA road trips. Her current tally stands at 27 States only another 23 to go!

Junior Consultant

Amanda's legal background gives her a keen eye for detail - put to good use in project and vendor management for Peru's clients.

After her law degree and three years in the legal sector, Amanda turned her focus to IT project management, working for a construction supplier in the UK and a logistics company in Spain.  She has a passion for improving business processes, whether outsourced or in-house environments.

Working with Spanish clients is a breeze for Amanda, who was brought up in a bilingual family. Outside of work she enjoys escaping on European city breaks, most recently in Belgium, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Sweden and Spain.

Managing Consultant

Michael brings 25 years of international IT sourcing experience to the Peru Consulting team, having worked as both a supplier and advisor.

His breadth of expertise allows Michael to deliver major programmes across IT and Business Process operations.  From initial strategy, through tender, contract and vendor management, he maintains a clear focus on the sourcing market and each client lifecycle. His client-centric approach is a perfect match for the Peru culture.

To relax, when not playing tennis, he can be found restoring his 18th Century home in the Scottish Borders.

The benefits and rewards are not only to Peru's consultants, but to clients and suppliers as well.

If work is not challenging enough, Jo faces her "toughtest stakeholder management role to date" at home: her three children!

Detail is what drives John when it comes to delivering business and IT solutions, making him Peru's go-to person for quality control.

Having a keen eye for detail, but taking a pragmatic and cost-effective approach, John's 25 years of experience have been welcomed by Peru's clients to deliver network and IT strategies and solutions.  He is especially proud of one project which created a strategic roadmap to support a clients' global in-field data capture and transmission requirements.

Pride also extends to a personal goal: running the London Parks Half Marathon with his two brothers in aid of Motor Neurone Disease and in memory of his father on what would have been his 70th birthday.

Paul is passionate about making a difference through innovation and leadership whatever the scale or complexity of the project.

With a stated aim to "make a difference somewhere every day", Paul's positive, calm-in-a-crisis attitude has successfully led clients through complex global projects in the engineering, retail banking, insurance, airline and technology sectors. He is known for applying a plain English, clear-thinking approach to many topics including Data Centre and Cloud Migration, Application development and rationalisation.

Paul's desire to make a difference is mirrored in his personal life. When not spending time with his wife and daughter, he is an Independent local Councillor aiming to provide non-partisan, common sense leadership for the community.

Principal Consultant

Richard is Peru's data specialist, having managed and delivered large IT projects for UK and U.S. blue chips.

Collaboration is key to much of his work, designing and implementing data solutions for applications supporting millions of users in various industry sectors including legal, healthcare and finance.  He has a passion for enabling clients to make best use of their enterprise data management and integration systems. His client-focused approach and high work ethic is key to driving rapid improvements on customer accounts.

Delivering digital and data modernisation is aided by his passion for Agile practices, particularly to manage large-scale implementation of IT architectures.

Richard is also fairly agile on a golf course too, playing in 'scratch' events with a low single figure handicap. He was once a huge F1 fan...until his children arrived and he joined the Sleep Deprivation Society.

Financial Controller

Using his 10 years' experience of running finance departments, Waqar is the ideal person to keep Peru firmly on financial track.

An analyst at heart, with a passion for numbers, he also helps to provide the Peru Board with insightful management information and recommendations - something he has undertaken previously in listed environments. He is always satisfied when the outcome is a well-informed decision.

And Waqar is not just good at balancing the books. Juggling, hand-walking and balancing items on his head are, apparently, on his list of relaxation techniques, along with pursuing a passion for all types of sport.

Adam is Peru's Chief Architect. He's at his best when finding IT Architecture solutions that can help organisations move forward and expand.

Adam brings Peru's clients a wealth of multi-sector experience in Retail, FMCG, Central Government, Defence, Nuclear and Financial Services sectors. Enjoying complex IT architecture or sourcing challenges, he's particularly at home in collaborative cultures. While delivering outcomes is always a serious business, Adam is also known for his sense of fun when he's working.

Away from the office, he's a regular visitor to the Orkney Islands (his wife's place of birth) when he's not being kept busy by his two young children.

Marketing Manager

Keeping Peru Consulting top-of-mind and in touch with existing and future clients is key to Simrit's role and critical to the organisation.

Her 12 years' experience in brand strategy and marketing for telecoms and recruitment industries has equipped her well for the highly-dynamic area of IT digital marketing. Simrit finds every day a learning day.  Specialising in tailored marketing solutions - including content marketing - she is responsible for everything from the Peru Consulting website to thought leadership articles and client events.

She considers work-life balance to be important - probably her reason for becoming a certified Yoga Teacher, also allowing her to help others restore a little balance at weekends.

Commercial Analyst

Luxi is already putting her Maths Degree to excellent use by applying her numerical skills to deliver insightful analysis for Peru's clients.

Joining Peru straight from Imperial College, London, Luxi's particular specialism is statistics, with a dash of machine learning.  This allows her to build models which clearly demonstrate robust cases for IT and business optimisation.

Her personal statistics include completion of a Naga Viper chilli (up to 1.4million units on the Scoville heat scale) chicken wing challenge in 1min 55s - despite a success rate of only 5%.  Apparently, it was 200% on the pain scale!

Prinicipal Consultant

IT is a people business for Dave and his focus is on helping teams perform at their best, whether internal functions or customer-facing.

During his time working in the Middle East, Dave qualified as an ‘open water’ scuba diver. However, he prefers dry land and spending time travelling, particularly in Italy.

Senior Consultant

Linking data analysis to cost optimisation is Lizzie's speciality, along with creating clear and understandable dashboards for results measurement.

Her analytical skills have proven invaluable to Peru clients, particularly when developing sourcing and commercial strategies where Lizzie's data provides insight into the value being derived from supplier contracts.

It's perhaps unsurprising that Lizzie is often chosen for Peru's analytical 'heavy lifting' tasks - she holds a British weighlifting record for the deadlift.

Principal Consultant

When he's not working or spending time with his family, Muhammed swaps business goals for trying to put his name on the score sheet for his local football team.

Managing Consultant

Richard's 20+ years' Enterprise Architecture experience matches organisational change with strategic goals.

From Enterprise Architect for financial services to Chief Designer for a £600m desktop outsourcing project, Richard ensures that both he and his colleagues remain focussed on the real-world benefits their work brings to organisations and the people working within them.

Whilst Richard has many business accolades, his chance of musical fame was cut short when he turned down the opportunity to play the church organ at a family christening...being replaced by Steve Winwood. Richard’s other interests include fitness: being a keen gym goer, mountain biker and road cyclist.

For IT sourcing and negotiating sustainable deals, David is Peru's 'star striker' and has become a trusted advisor to clients and suppliers alike.

With more than 30 years' experience in the IT industry, David has a collaborative approach to problem-solving and when developing sourcing strategies and outsourcing solutions.  This has won him many friends on both sides of the negotiating table. Often described as "the voice of reason", he is able to see beyond "the emotion" to create sustainable, long-term contract relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.

Outside office hours, when he's not indulging in his passion for cheese and wine or country walks, David admits to being a 'serial mover', having now lived in 14 different properties. Perhaps he just enjoys the contract negotiations!

He honed his skills in enterprise IT architecture, service and process management with a number of global organisations at strategic level. Whether it's sealing a deal & signing the contract, or implementing the agreement itself, Steve is motivated by results in sourcing & vendor management.

With more than 25 years' experience in financial services IT - from sourcing to service and programme management - Steve is a valuable asset to Peru and its clients.  Amongst his major achievements he led the contract negotiations to complete a €40m outsourcing deal for a major global retailer.

Having worked around the world for a diverse set of clients and across a range of sectors, Callum is now making the most of his background in designing enterprise network, infrastructure, cloud and security solutions. Procurement is a passion for Steve, particularly when it comes to client-supplier relationships and the value that can be derived from them.

With an innate ability to rapidly understand and assess value in supply chains, Steve brings a shrewd business eye to both Peru and its clients.  Having identified the value opportunites, he then ensures successful implementation of procurement strategies - often business-critical - that deliver significant efficiency and financial savings to both client and supplier.

In a six-year role at British Airways, Steve was dubbed "Mr World Traveller" because of his need to visit the airline's global offices on a regular basis. Thankfully, for both the planet and his family, he is now based firmly in the UK and occasionally Ireland.

Principal Consultant

Finding efficient and effective solutions to a wide range of IT challenges is what Geraint does best for Peru's clients.

With more than 20 years' working in IT management and consulting, Geraint has designed and implemented IT strategies across a wide range of sectors and organisations.  Recent projects he has delivered include a cloud readiness assessment for a major retailer, an enterprise architecture governance initiative for a large healthcare department and a major application rationalisation programme.

Usually, his approach is thoughtful and collaborative.  However, being a karate black belt has its occasional uses when delivering particularly challenging solutions.  Humour also works - Geraint is published cartoonist.
